Breakfast. Honey cardamom apple oats. Low histamine and easy as pie... 1 small to medium apple 1 tsp organic honey 1/8 tsp cardamom 1/2 cup filtered water 1/3 cup wheat free oats 2/3 cup filtered water Pop chopped apple, honey, cardamom and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan and cook until soft. (About 10 minutes). Then add oats and remaining water and cook for another 5 minutes. What are you most afraid of? Currently I'm afraid to show my face! I have a list of live webinars I would love to share as well as Instagram stories but the rash on my face from the nickle and histamine overload have been stopping me. It won't be long though, the low histamine diet is starting to work 😀 Managing histamine intolerance can be difficult but it's not impossible.
