
Yoga is wonderful; glorious; challenging; spiritual; energizing; calming and meditative.
Yoga is whatever you want it to be or need it to be.
There is no such thing as the perfect pose. Yoga teaches you that you may grasp it for a moment, a second. But the moment is fleeting, and your body may never hold that shape again. Enjoy each moment, but know that is is transient. The only truth in that moment is that you exist.
Enjoy your practice. Sometimes you need to work hard, and sometimes you need to go slow.
Listen to your body. Listen to your heart.
And breathe.
