What is included in an initial consultation?

In our first consultation we go through your health history in detail. It will take 60 to 90 minutes so I can fully understand who you are, how you got where you are health-wise and what we can do to get you back on track. I will often spend additional time on research for your particular case after the appointment.

You will receive an online form to fill in before the appointment which will save you time during the consultation so we can focus on your concerns.

If required we will discuss getting further testing, supplementation, dietary or lifestyle changes. You will come away with some simple things you can do right now to improve your health.

What is included in a follow-up consultation?

Follow-up consultation range from 30-45 minutes depending on the complexity of your health concerns. You will receive a personalised dietary and lifestyle program designed to meet your individual requirements. We will review your treatment plan progress, any test results, supplementation and dietary and lifestyle changes.

I will work with you to coach you through the rough patches and cheer with you to celebrate your wins.

What is functional testing?

I use the integrative approach to nutritional medicine looking for the root cause of illness rather than masking symptoms. Functional testing provides information on the current physiological function of the body. It can be used to determine current nutritional levels, health status, and as a marker to prevent illness in conjunction with standard medical testing.

Diagnostic tests create faster successful outcomes by facilitating the development of individualised and targeted therapeutic protocols and allow you to understand and track your health progress.

Should I bring anything?

Please bring any tests you have from previous health practitioners.
